On December 13, 2003, the Mid-Atlantic Jeepers made their 3rd annual Toys for Tots run. We had a good turnout with about 12 Jeeps, each loaded with toys. We took the toys to the local Marine headquarters to drop them off and got a look at some of the equipment on the base.
Unfortunately it was overcast and getting dark as we got to the base, so we only have a few pictures.
We're looking to do something even bigger and better for 2004. The Marine in charge of Toys for Tots here, 1st Sgt Tolar, gave us some ideas on collecting even more toys. Keep an eye out as we'll be working on this throughout the year.
